The latest statistics reveal that female entrepreneurship has increased exponentially over the past few years. These female admirers deserve to be recognized for their successful, hard-earned journey juggling work and family life every single day. These are brilliant minds and outstanding contributors to the nation’s economy.
Fame Finders honored the Top 10 Emerging Women Entrepreneurs of 2021-2022, who broke all barriers and stood firm in spite of challenges.
1. Aathira PREETHARANI – Founder of ExoGeo Aerospace Inc: At the age of 24, AathiraPreetharani has achieved remarkable success. She is the youngest president and CEO of the Canadian Council on Aviation Diversity, Inclusion and Advocacy. She is also the founder and CEO of ExoGeo Aerospace Inc. , a futuristic space company focused on building space locomotives to aid in interplanetary explorations, serving other satellites, and solving the problem of space debris in Earth’s orbit. She is a pilot in training, aspiring to fly fighter aircraft, and is a recognized community leader in Canada. AathiraPreetharani has several accolades in her hat and was awarded the Wayne McIntyre Award for Leadership in Canada and featured in the Sherunsspace campaign by the United Nations.
She is known for her extensive experience in innovation, development, implementation of overall corporate strategy, business development, partnerships, strategic investments and acquisitions, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the defense and aerospace industry.
2. Suruj Pandit – Founder of AtiSunya Private Limited:
Saroj Pandit is the Director of Microsoft Silver Partner Company – AtiSunya Private Limited. It is dedicated to serving clients for support and implementation and aims to help disadvantaged women learn, earn and lead in technology with their encouragement and support.
Her current position is the result of her determination, distinction and tremendous hard work over the years. AtiSunya Private Limited is a leading Microsoft Solution Provider working with all industries such as manufacturing units, finance, supply chain management, medical sector, automotive sector, technology based start-ups, FMCG sector, solar and logistics, end company – Ultimate technology solutions help bring complex products to market faster and more accurately.
3. Renu Shah – Founder of STEP (Shakti- The Empathy Project):
A firm believer in gender equality committed to bringing gender equality and economic participation, Reno has founded STEP (Shakti- The Empathy Project), an incubation program for early-stage women social entrepreneurs aimed at building a community of self-supporting entrepreneurs.
In her long and dedicated career in the development sector, she has also founded, before STEP, the Koseli & Project Pehal and has focused on educating underprivileged children. Before moving into the influence sector, she was a successful businesswoman working in the field of importing, trading and distribution.
She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School. She was the John Galbraith Fellow of Politics at the Harvard Kennedy School and is also a recipient of the EpicChange Global Woman Award for her work with slum children.
4. RIYA GOTE- Founder of Scriberlee:
Ria Gott studied MBA in International Business in Singapore through Edinburgh Napier’s Transnational Education Partnership (TNE). After completing her studies, she returned to India and set up her own digital marketing company, Scriberlee.
She has worked with 18+ industries on a global scale as a content writer. She is a motivational speaker who has given successful presentations at prestigious universities, banking institutions, and companies. She has also been featured in Forbes India for her ability to produce high quality content.
She has a lot of potential and is looking forward to promoting freelancers and putting them in the spotlight.
5. VANDANA TOLANI – Founder OfConvanto:
Vandana Tolani is the founder of the famous boutique investment bank – Konfanto. Starting her career with her family offices in Singapore and Jakarta as an investment banker and advisor, she has gained more than 15 years of experience in international and local business advisory. Her diverse experience and distinction have led her to the highest levels of success.
Vandana was awarded as one of the Top 10 Women Leaders in Wealth Management 2021, and her Convanto brand is in the Top 10 Brands for Women Entrepreneurs alongside NYKAA.
In 2022, she was named Top 10 Future Woman. In February 2022, Konfanto was awarded by Kiran Bedi at Tech Startup Conclave 2022 for Best Financial Institution for Supporting Startups Organized by AICRA-All India Council for Robotics & Automation.

6. Shafi Hemanth – Founder of EBS India Inc:
Xavi Hemanth is an equity strategist with experience in corporate affairs, marketing communications, paralegal and regulatory initiatives, public relations, and sales and marketing management functions.
During her 25 years of corporate career, she has worked for FICCI (Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry) as Head of Retail and Consumer Goods and IDSA (Indian Direct Selling Association) as Secretary General, collaborating closely with government on industry policy initiatives.
She is also a serial entrepreneur, having created EBS India Inc, a business advisory firm, as well as other entrepreneurial ventures such as Swavlambika Samman. The Swaavlambika and Pink Alchemist Foundation will be launching soon.
7. Sarika Mehta – Founder of Healthy Ho:
The passion started with a desire to be behind the camera and work for various companies and government organizations for over 15 years, then evolved to spread awareness about health, mental and physical issues.
She started a social initiative called HEALTHYHO which is a YouTube channel, Facebook and JioChat platform to spread awareness and educate people about health. Her videos became very popular in just four years. Her channel now has a family of 1 organic subscribers and 1 membership, as well as Rs 1 crore in addition to channel views.
It is now expanding its wings in essential oils and other health products through its Vann Essentials venture, an online platform for pure, non-toxic and natural products.

8. Dr. Quilljet Opal – Founder of Krea:

She was elected as a member of the Management Committee of Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Practitioner Association and is the organizer of several committees such as Webinar, Website and IT Committee, Intensive Study Constituency, Seminars and Workshops Committee for 2021-22.
